The standard manufacturer guarantee for your product runs for a period of 12 months from the date of your invoice unless specifically stated. The manufacturers guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

For your complete peace of mind, we offer a Pay as You Go Monthly Service Plan from TADL.

The TADL Pay as You Go Service Plan covers personal and business use of your new equipment against unexpected failure for a small charge each month by direct debit - it is that simple !

The Product

• Life Time Warranty Cover for screen sizes 43" to 52".
• Providing an engineer on site the Next Day with a swap loan unit.

The Service

• For warranty calls received before 5pm during normal working hours, a hot swap loan unit will be provided by an engineering team the Next Day.
• The loan unit will, where possible, be of the same screen size or larger.
• If the loan unit will not fit onto existing bracket then a tabletop stand or similar will be provided.
• The loan unit will be provided until the repair is complete.

The Process

• The Flat TV Company will take the first month Premium for the Service.
• Details of your purchase will be passed to TADL for the policy to be set up.
• TADL will issue you with your "Pay as You Go" pack - including the Direct Debit instruction for you to complete and return to your bank.
• Your cover start immediately ensuring that you have continuing peace of mind for the period that your Direct Debit runs.
