I was in the market for a small hifi system and after doing hours of research I decided upon the ultra stylish LG FA162, I am always buying online and consider to have a good working knowledge of the cheapest suppliers for most items, I was surprised to see that the FlatTV company were literally £16.00 cheaper than a supplier I would of normally chosen. I have yet to receive the item but I have been updated continually on the progress of my order which is first class, considering most companies do not bother these days. Well done the flatTV company, I shall be recommending you to my friends and family, plus I shall check your website first the next time I am looking for equipment. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

You know how you feel when you get great service in a restaurant......you give the waiter a tip because you feel he has earned it. Well, The Flat TV Company has posed me a problem. I have had great service from them and I can't give them a tip, so the least I can do is to write this review. I was looking for a reasonably priced Hi-Fi for my computer room and surfed the net looking for likely contenders. After careful consideration I concluded that the LG FA162 was right for me. Reviews were very positive and the price was attractive. It became clear to me that nobody else could match The Flat TV Company for price. I ordered the unit one evening and the process was very easy. Next day I had an email telling me my goods were dispatched and delivery was made the following morning. Now, I consider that to be great service, especially as the price I paid included delivery. Assembling this system is an absolute dawdle and in no time I was listening to excellent sound quality. The performance is just amazing for this price range, it is powerful without distortion and the 7 sound impressions are effective. I find the touch controls so easy and convenient to use and this is a very impressive system . I would recommend it and The Flat TV Company without hesitation. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]

This hi-fi from LG is simply fantastic. The first thing to strike you on taking it out of the packaging is the sheer style of the design - the glossy piano black, smoothed corners, and compact, substantial feel. Once hooked up, this continues with the impressive sharp red, touch-sensitive controls. The real joy begins however, when you pop in a CD to try out. I purchased this to replace a bulky six year old system and the difference in sound quality was unbelievable. Favourite albums revealved secrets in the mix that I'd never heard even through headphones or on friends' more upmarket separates systems. The XDSS bass boost really gets you in the stomach, and is sometimes a little overpowering (but easily switched off). The star feature for me has to be the XTS sound enhancement which seems to make everything sound how the artist would want you to hear it. A real pleasure. MP3 / WMA CDs play well, and the XTS enhancement really boosts the quality. I haven't yet tried the USB input, but would imagine sound quality is the same. My only criticisms of this system are minor - The remote control, whilst facile and functional, feels and looks a few degrees 'cheaper' than the system it comes with. Otherwise I'm struggling to think of anything negative. I've had this hi-fi for two weeks now and couldn't be more pleased. It's a real bargain. Highly recommended. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
