Delivery Guide
At the Flat TV Company we offer hundreds of products that are usually in stock and can be delivered to your home or business anywhere within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Charges
We offer free standard delivery for all products delivered to the mainland UK. We aim to deliver within 7 working days. This may increase slightly during busy periods.
If the item you want is available for same day dispatch, you can select Saturday delivery for a small surcharge. Please see the chart below for the latest express delivery charges.

The express delivery surcharge is per item so if you buy more than one product in your order the surcharge is applied to each item.
Where we deliver to
We deliver to any address within the mainland of the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Delivery times for standard delivery is Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Our standard delivery service is 7 working days.
Tracking your delivery
Goods shipped from our warehouse are usually delivered by City-Link or TNT. We will email you with the tracking number once the goods has been dispatched.
Some items are sent directly from our suppliers so we are unable to give you tracking information for these consignments. We will email you to let you know the delivery has been booked with our supplier and you will then receive delivery in the next 7 working days.
Receiving your delivery
If nobody is in to accept the delivery the courier will leave you a card to say they have a package for you. Please call them directly using the telephone number on their card and arrange for a convenient time for you to pick the item up or have the goods re-delivered.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as DAMAGED / UNCHECKED. Failure to do so may affect any damage claims that you make thereafter.
