B-TECH BT7513 LCD WALL MOUNT with Articulated Arm and Tilt & Swivel.

This mount is designed for LCD VESA Standard Screens with a screen size from 10" to 23" and weight up to 15Kg. The BT7513 has a twin arm design that allows for full flexibility when mounting your screen - it can mount the screen flat to the wall or extend out to up to 450mm from the wall. There are three swivel points - one at the wall for 180 degrees, one in the middle of 240 degrees and one at the screen of 240 degrees - this makes it possible to mount your screen in the most inconvenient of locations such as in corners. The BT7513 also has a tilt function of up to +/- 17 degrees.

A simple two piece installation process is all it takes to mount your screen to the wall (all mounting hardware is included). This bracket can be mounted on single wood studs or concrete / brick walls (mounting to metal studs requires special metal stud fasteners which are not supplied).

I have not recieved the product ordered yet so this is not a review of the product but review of the compnay, FlatTV. My first contact with the company was by telephone when I needed specific techincal specifications about a televison. The gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful indeed. In fact, he put me on hold while he called the manufacturer to find an answer to my question. For that brilliant customer care I decided to order from FlatTV. I ordered it an immediately recieved an email saying the order was processed. Then an email that the product had been dispatched. it was really fast. I have had this experience on two separate occasions. There was an issue with the carriage costs because I live in the Channel Islands. However, the company immediately responded to me by email and rectified the charge immediately. I was really pleased and totally satisfied with the service. I would recommend FlatTV to anyone. I love to deal with super efficient companies and this is one of them. I wish all my dealings with other companies were this good. I can't recommend FlatTV enough. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
