This LCD TV looks very promising, however, I've been waiting for the release since its introduction on the LG Website way back at the end of March 2008. Still waiting, I have also called LG Customer Services, they are reluctant to tell me when it will be released. I'm very suprised that a big corporate company like LG has made a complete mess releasing this product, maybe it doesn't exist yet, still in production, or even the drawing board, I reckon they pretended to released the 19LG3010 when they knew forewell it wouldn't be ready because they don't want they're competitors like Samsung to steal their limelight away with their new models due for release.
I may well have a look at the new range of Samsungs 19" size. After all they share components with LG supposedly and at least they will have the tv ready for purchase. If LG new it would take this long they should apologise and state when it will be available once and for all, otherwise you get the impression don't buy LG products because their customer service is appalling.
